Hi,
It seems that the Seowon district doesn't receive the Ley Lines adjacency bonus.
Tried again with Peter(Russia) to see if it affected all unique districts but it works fine with the Lavra.
If it's not supposed to work with the Seowon, they need to change the description of Ley Lines.
