[NFP] [1.0.9.9] Strange UI after start - minor issue

Hi, from time to time after starting new game I can see this strange behaviour. Game starts OK, I can save and after reloading it is as it should be (no restart required). So no save included because it is problem with game interface.

1. Verify integrity of your steam local files.
2. Disable all mods.

1. Files are 100% valid.
2, No mods.

I am just saying: minor issue I can not repeat on demand.
