1.29f compatible with PTW?

Curious about something, before going ahead creating scenarios, shouldn't we be sure what we create will be compatible with PTW? It seems everytime there is a patch, former saved games, scenarios etc don't work. I am wondering with new races, terrains and possibly more changes due for PTW, if that our efforts now might be wasted?

I would sure hate to work on something only to get set back a short while later.

Hmmm. perhaps a firaxian could elaborate here for us. I would still work on scenarios because I am pretty sure they should be compatible, and If they aren't then to firaxis!

I hope they are but if not you can still make scenarios for the civ3 only users.

If I remember right, they released the scenario editor now so that they'd be all ready for when PTW is released.
