10.8.2 Beta - Upgrading Bug?

While playing I noticed that my indian war elephant would not upgrade to a knight. The upgrade button said I could, but did not upgrade.
However the promotions upgraded, converting from the ranged to the general combat ones (I have currently forgotten what they are called).

Havent tried this yet with any other upgrades. Might be only the war elephant that's doing this, I'll see if it occurs with anything else.

Thank you for bringing this up. I changed some of the upgrade code in v108.2 beta and have a general idea of where the mistake might be. I'll look into it.

And yup, cant upgrade my crossbowmen to riflemen. I assume it'll be the same for the rest then

Possibly a related bug, all of my units are constantly having the "new unit" promotion, despite being over a hundred turns in the game!

Have deleted cache, disabled other mods, etc.

Haven't delete other mods though, actually - may try that.

To sad, i was about to start a new game with the v108.2 Beta patch, but when i cant upgrade my units it will be better i wait until there is a hotfix.

btw. i love this Mod!

I could promote the units by pressing U instead of clicking on the promote button.

I've found and fixed both the upgrade and new-unit problems, and will release a hotfix within a few hours.
