#20 The Utopia Project

Your civilization may only build buildings and wonders, unless no further buildings in a city are available at the time, at which point military units are permissable. To prevent deliberate tech stagnation and thus permit unit building, all offers of tech trading must be accepted, and the tech slider may not be dropped below the point required to break even monetarily.
 
#22 They Are Not Great!

You are a fine ruler. However, you are highly skeptical of your Civilization and believe that no one in it can be greater then they already are. Every time a great person appears in your citys, you must delete it.
 
#23 The Providing Civ

When you have a tech or resource the other civs do not have, you must give all of them to them as a gift. You cannot accept any resources nor techs and must gift all of your great people to a neighboring Civ (If possible)
 
#24 The meek shall inherit....

You must have the lowest score at all times. If you make contact with a new civilization and they have a score lower than yours, you have 5 turns to drop your score lower than theirs.
 
#25 Technophobe
Your science rating must never be put above 50%

#26 Wonderless
You may not build either any world or national wonders ever.

#27 Racist
You must raze any city you take over, or any city whose population is not 100% your civ.

#28 Insane Warmonger
Anytime you encounter a new civ, you must declare war immediately. You may not accept any demands in peace negotiations (ie you cannot give anything for peace)
