Our war with Russia is nearly over. Russia will most likely fall next turn. So, here's the plan.

We currently have 38 cavs, 7 cannons, and 3 muskets.

- Upgrade the remaining 3 cavs, gallies, 2 spears, and 1 horseman, and possibly our warriors.

- We finish off Russia, and focus on building muskets (since we still have cavs defending former Russian cities).

- We spend 1-3 turns setting up an attack for Babylon (while scouting for spears and muskets).

- We spent 3-5 turns defeating Babylon.

- We spend about 5-7 turns researching Steam Power (now that our cities are just about at optimal production), then focus on a rail net.


There's currently 4 cavs north of Akkad, with atleast another cav next turn. That's 5. I'd also like 5 north of Ashur.

There's 1 cav north of Zarquim (remember, it has a musket), with another cav from Groton next turn. I'd like for Sanction to build some cavs, too, and Montpellier. I'd also like to have 10 cav near Kish, and 20 cav in the Mure area. This accounts for all of our cavalry.

To do this, we'll also need musketeers in our former Russian cities, some of which are still rioting. We could turn them into quick musket rushes if we want.

The general plan of attack is this:

Turn 1 of the war

Eastern Division - Attack Akkad and Ashur (perhaps one with an army if there's a musket?).

Western Division - Attack Larsa and Lagash first. Send any extra troops to aid in attacking Zarquim. Attack Kish, and Ellipi if possible.

If Kish falls, head for the mountains by Kish.

Turn 2 of the war

Eastern Division

Troops that attacked Akkad (if there's enough - should be with reinforcements) should attack Ur.

Troops that attacked Akkad should merge with the Western Division and head for Babylon.

Western Division

Attack Ellipi if it hasn't alrady fallen, and head for Babylon.
If possible, Kish and Uruk can be attacked this turn.

Turn 3(?) of the war

Attack Uruk and Kish if they haven't been attacked yet.

We could ask India to take Almaren and Sippar for us.

There are 3 nearby galleys, though, that can be upgraded for 60g total. They could be loaded with some cavs. It would take 6-7 total turns (upgrade turn included) to reach the colonies. We could grab Navigation from someone, like Germany (or Babylon, but Germany's deal looks better right now), and be able to sail around Babylon's borders.
