14 Culture from a monastery?

As you can see on the screenshot below, I have a monastery that gives me +14 , a temple with +12 and a shrine with +18 . I've built the Sistine Chapel, but this only gives +5 per building, doesnt it?
I have no Free Speech, the culture slider is at 0%. I cant figure out what's going on. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Hmm, probably a bug, but it's debatable. All buildings double their culture after 1000 years. That looks like what happened here (monastery is 2 , +5 from Sistine Chapel would give 7 doubled to 14 ).

However, I don't think the +5 is supposed to be doubled.

Meh, why not? You could look at it like this:

The Sistine Chapel glorifies your state religious buildings, so its glorification will be all that more effective if it's an antique religious building (especially symbolizing the merit of your religion due to its longevity).
