Voted WS and Hoover. If others are building WS then it should be top priority. I would also like to build Hoover very soon since it will create a big production boost (if we make sure to build lots of factories, *hint*). The Statue and the UN are useful, but unless anyone else makes a move towards them I prefer to build Hoover first.
