I have just downloaded 2.91 an installed as described. When loading the mod it loads without problems, but it looks like standard BtS, the Civiliopedia only shows additional civics, no additional units or civilizations and when I start a game I am also offered only the basic BtS civilizations.
When I look into the folders, Assets/XML/Civilizations has additional civilizations. But the do not appear in the game.
Any ideas what the problem might be?
