1. What is official Time Threat Paradox scenario and where can I get it?

And

2. Is there a no CD-ROM patch/crack for Test of Time and where can I get it?

You should also get the 1.1 patch, but install it AFTER the Time Threat Paradox.

If you already had the 1.1 patch, you must apply it again after installing TTP.
