Hello!

I'm ready to give this a try. Now before I begin, I'll let you know that yes, I do realize how unstable MP play is. But it is playable with 6 players. Can range from somewhat laggy to very laggy. However this would be more of a problem in a regular MP where most games are always war etc. However a diplogame is a totally different style.

First some must reads before you consider joining in.

Settings:
Map: Pangaea
Map Size: Standard
Speed: Marathon
Start Era: Ancient
World Age: 3 Billion
Rainfall: Normal
Sea Level: Medium
Resources: Standard
City States: 10

Rules: (Will need some assistance with this in a effort to make the game as balanced and fair as possible)
Raging barbarians
Turn timer
King skill level
No city razing
No wars of extermination.
All players must write up and play along with their storyline.
No attacking city states.
No Warmongering! All wars should be somewhat short and sweet with a reason behind it. Its a diplogame ;)

More to come: But we can start accepting signups now.

We will also have to talk about a regular time slot for this game to take place. I will start with suggesting every monday evening us est around 8pm and playing roughly 70 turns. Im open to moving this around also to benefit others.

Interesting. But i work full time each evening of dayweek...i have to pass.

Ok, So far we have:

CenturionXX
Smote

3 more players needed and perhaps a sub or two to volunteer and we can really get this idea going.

Count me in. This sounds great.

Can I make a suggestion about rules? It seems like banning war with City States is taking away a major diplomatic aspect of the game. If we're trying to avoid extensive wars with each other, having wars over city states and proxy wars seems like it will keep the game interesting. Otherwise they're just things you dump money into.

Interesting thought. I think this could be implemented.
