i just installed civ beyond the sword on my new computer and i tried updating it ingame but it dident work so i decided to come here and am currently downloading patch 3.17, would i be able to patch directly to this or do i have to patch in order like in starcraft? thx

You can go directly to 3.17. Just did a rebuild and did it that way. It works fine.

Unfortunately, it didn't help my gameplay.
