3/19 DUN upgrade not applying??

I have updated to 3.19 and am playing Boudicia. I have built a couple of Duns (wall replacement) in my games. I'm not getting the said Guerilla I upgrade on my units. Is this a know bug?

just checking: on which units did you test this? could you post a save?

You know that, besides the Celtic UU, only archery and gunpowder units can get guerrilla I, right? ....

Thanks rolo ... I figured that out after posting this as I saw only certain units get this.
