3.19 infinite free tech bug (Oracle and Liberalism)

With reference to the Civ 4 General Discussions > Bug Reports thread here - [BTS] 3.19 Infinite free tech with liberalism - which some of you may or may not be aware of, has anyone playing the new Mac version of BTS experienced this bug when building The Oracle or discovering Liberalism? In my current game I didn't, I just sailed merrily past both, but I didn't think to use the requisite mouse clicks to go to and from the Civilopedia...

When the screen to select a free tech appears, click both mouse buttons in the same time, in a tech you want. The civipedia will open for that tech, click exit and the screen to select a free tech will appear again. Keep doing and you get all techs.

I was only made aware of this after listening to PolyCast Episode 76: "Just Had to Get Mentioned" with DanQ and Co.

Perhaps it function on windows version ?
