So i've only found one other mention to this problem on the forum and the guy who fixed it did so by torrenting a copy that worked. I just bought complete after haing an issue with my original versions, complete works fine, however i went to play online today and found out about the 3.19 patch, i downloaded the patch no problem, but at install it locks.
All i can do is go to task manager and end task. This happens no matter where i download it from. So I'd like to know how i can get this patch to instal so i can play online.
EDIT: naturally minutes after posting I found a fix. So for posterity; if this problem happens to you, update to 3.17 first, then jump to 3.19 apparently something about the non patched build of complete must have an issue with 3.19. either that or mine was just ********. At any rate problem solved.
