Hey everyone, I am having a hard time getting 3.19 to install. I have Civ IV Complete Edition and it came up to 3.17. I tried first using the in-game installer and when that did not work I tried installing it from this website. That had the same problem where the installer will open up and I will go through it. I then click install and the installer closes and nothing opens up and I am still on 3.17. What can I do to update my game?
