3v3 or 5v5 RPG style PvP mod?

I've only ever tried default 3.19 civ4 and K-MOD. I've never played civ outside single player,

Want to get my friends into civ4 but it's just impossible convincing them to learn this game. I run LAN events at my house and have 10 computers.

Something like team vs team turn based game where you move around doing objectives and fighting each other. Prefebally not heavily coded already, just a template for me to program over so I don't gotta start from scratch.

There was a mod that was part of Beyond The Sword (came packaged with the game), where you controlled a 'squad' of 'things' on some kind of alien planet.

I forget the name of it though..

'AfterWorld' maybe...
