(4-NS) Split "show resource icons" into 4.

Proposal Details:
Split this option into 4. Strategic, Luxury, Food, Other.

Reason:
Sometimes I just want some of the icons and the rest become clutter. When I am in a late game invasion spree i often want to know if there is oil or coal. I do not care if a city has cows. It would also help a lot if I am trying to find some specific things on the map.

It's a hardcoded function by the game itself and cannot be changed by any means.
