A fine traslation in English would have been nice...

I've downloaded the first unit, being a futuristic "Fire-warrior". Since I'm not too much into sci-fi I can't say if its brand new or a custom unit, even if it's already in Civfanatics DB... The other two posts following this one are related with a misterious "coin-like" rotating unit and a starting menu screen (also in Chinese) showing a medieval chinese horseman in fiercy battle. No viruses detected in the first mentioned unit. Didn't downloaded the rest, though...

I'd say this one is utahjazz's much newer fire warrior from that pedia pic.
