Shared expiry conditions:

  • CS is no longer alive
  • CS has lost its Capital
Specific for the "bully CS" quest:
  • 30 turns have passed
  • Target is no longer alive
Proposal:
Remove the timer
Add the following condition: player is the target's ally or player has pledged to protect target
Also don't target a CS pledged by the player when giving out this quest

Rationale:
Moving units to bully takes time. It feels really bad if the quest expires during that.
You're not supposed to bully your allies or those under your protection.

Implementation details: DLL code change required
