5 bugs at least with my Warlords...

I posted this elsewhere but here it is again. Five bugs that I've discovered wrong with my copy of Warlords.
1.Cannot keep playing after winning scenarios (The Peloponnesian War at least)
2.Cannot view Top five cities and victory statistics
3.Can not change civics or religions with menu only when asked to do so by another Civ or upon discovery of tech that allows it.
4.Cannot see other civs attitude toward you while communicating with them.
5. I can't remember what this one was so oh well. I listed it on my other post (which I'm too lazy to check...yes I'm that lazy.)
Anyway I just wanted to know if these were bugs with my copy or with everyone's and will simply have to wait for the next patch...

I don't play scenarios so I don't know about #1 ... #4 is the same for everyone, it's not a bug, but #2-3 are fine for me and should be for you also, maybe it's because you have mods or something

4 should be fixed. It's a regression.

I'm having the same problems with #2 and #3. Still waiting to fiigure out what the heck it going on.
