I'd switch the heads on the Greek bowman to an unhelmeted head.
 
I've been having problems with the static animations. When the unit is selected, the normal skin/model shows up. But when you select another unit, it reverts to the old animation. :(

The Civ4UnitInfos.xml file points to it correctly, and all of the files are in the correct folder.
 
No one has any idea why this would happen? I have this problem with all of the units that seem to have used 3dsMax to change shields or weapons.
 
I wonder if it is a warlords/vanilla issue. Has everyone else who used the models used it with warlords?

I've noticed that the animation that work for me all loop and play constantly. I can get the companion cavalry reskins to work fine, for example. Is there any way to change these files to make the models constantly animated? (IE moving?)
 
I discovered the source of my problem. Under Options, then the Graphics tab the Animations Frozen button was selected, thus forcing units into a static model when not selected.

(I posted this just in case anyone else ever had the same problem.)
