6.9 Inca Terrace Farm Bug

I have built two TF's next to three mountains - one is using one, the other would be using two. But both are giving 3f2h. The tooltip says I am getting +2 from buildings.

I don't alter terrace farms (other than +1 at techs) so this is probably a vanilla bug.
