Hello!

The standard condition for a conquest victory is 66% people, 66% territory.

But well... I just created a cool 80% water huge map and wondered:

Does 66% apply to landmass only, or are seatiles counted, too?

I think, only coast tiles count(except landmass, of course).
Ok, I'm pretty sure, because I have asked this question to the "Quick Answers" Forum.

I think you meant coast tiles including landmass. :)

Thanks for the answer, I should check the QA thread more often.

I'm glad I helped. btw: English is not my first language. Sorry, if I confused you.

btw: I had asked this question at the QA thread about 2-3 months ago, as the team of the SGOTM wanted to know when we would hit the domination limit.

Longasc: Don't you mean domination, not conquest?

I think coast and sea count only for score, and only land for culture. I may be wrong but I read a war Academy post about this, look at the one for culture victory. I think everything is covered in there.

Speaking of coast tiles... Is the Commerce dock supposed to only give an extra commerce on the coast, or ALL water squares?? The right up makes it sound like all water, the reality is only coastal...
