Victory T177, don't know the score. I really enjoyed this, recently found the GOTMs and this looked like a fun one.
And it was !!! Thanks for the effort of creating it. I really don't mind I could not compete... instead I tried to make it as fast as I can with all the knowledge from here.
I never needed Tunnel in the end, was out through the Harbor at T80, first war with Mali started in T107, not had peace since then. Most of the coastal capitals were conquered by 2 Caravels.
Niani was where I started to buy my land military, 4 warriors, then time the Iron working completion after those, and slowly upgrade them first to the unique unit, then musketmen.
I needed a siege tower as well towards the end, but relatively easy win.
I had 2 cities in the original big hex, the second half they were both doing scientific research only.
