8.0 forbidden palace effects?

Hey there. Love the mod, and have since the beginning.

I'm running 8.0, the most current version if I'm not mistaken, and don't see any effects for the Forbidden Palace if I mouse over it or look it up in the civilopedia. It costs 750 shields, gives 1 culture and one great artist point, and nothing else as far as I can tell. Did I do something wrong, was this a small mistake, or is the effect simply not displayed?

I see this too; not sure if it is a tooltip error or actual bug.

Thank you for reporting this, I've found and fixed it for v8.1.
