A 2nd patch?

Today Steam downloaded another small patch for C:BE. Does anyone know what this 2nd patch changed? I can't find any patch notes on it anywhere.

Does not seem like steam downloaded anything on my computer
So close to a big patch it could only be some very small hotfix.

Are you sure that Steam didn't download "Workshop Content"?

Those keep getting downloaded all the time.

I suppose that's possible since I did download one mod a few weeks ago just to get the achievement.
