I have a few misc. questions:

1. What determines whether an AI declares war when you try to plant a spy or fail an espionage mission?

also-

2. What determines whether an AI declares war on you when you launch a nuke at another AI?

and finally-

3. How is your score calculated for the different victory conditions? Is it calculated differently or is it all the same?
