A Good AI Example

I have noticed several times the AI will attack all my units within its attack range and then offer peace. This is a trick I always used in Civ 5 to make sure I got as much EXP and did what damage I could before accepting a peace deal.

I am going to assume it is intentional and not just lazy development that happens to put player negotiations at the end of the AI stack.
