sounds ok, but i think you need to include the russians in your mod, since they rule over quite a big part of russia. maybe you need to do some more research about the civlizations, because when i see this in fornt of my eyes, in the start of the game the japanese are locked up on the island and the land they can reach is taken by the chinese. further the entire southeast will be crowded with cities form different civs, while the russians (if you put them in ) and middle east civs can expand their cities wide out over the area where kazachstan and other countrys are.

still, sounds like a very nice idea.

That's only useful for a mod like this as a map and then you have to take out the improvements.
