Outbuilds me about 5 to 1 in units even though its production is 10% of mine. I mean the Ai had 45 Production in its capital when I was in the medieval age and mine was 400+.
Out-techs you even though it has zero research quarters as well as no research resources.
It will sneakily instant build a city after it has had three of its nomadic outposts destroyed.
If it was a once in a while thing I could deal with it, but every game no Thank you.
