Hello everyone I really need help cause when I instal my civ 4 game at a certain part of the instalation ( at the art/movies/wonders/tajmahal) the instalation stop and an error appear : feature transfer error ci4 4 components and it says data is not ready Can someone tell me what's the problem ?

I'm having this exact problem (except it gives the message and stops installing just after trying to install the Great Library wonder). I don't know how to either create a disk image or mount a virtual drive. I tried copying the DVD onto my hard drive but it wouldn't copy data cab 2 (the same one it stops installing on).
UPDATE: Here is how I resolved this problem: run msconfig and disable all startup apps. Manually deleted all temp files (run %temp%). Reboot computer and install. This allowed me to install the game and get past the above-described problems.
