Ok, so when you're friends or better with a city state they give you open borders. This open borders is conditional to their relationship to you. So my question is this.
Is it possible to give a City-State you're allied with, open borders to you on the conditional basis of being allied only? It really annoys me that you can go through their turf but they can't walk through yours. Makes them useless in a fight unless they're between you and your opponent or if they have a navy with an open path. It would seem that the coding is there but i'm not sure if it's a define thing or a LUA. I stick to XML coding. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
