I need a new graphic card under 100$ and the cheaper the beter.
I would really apreciate if someone could tell me what card i should get.
thnx

Geforce 2 MX seems to be your best bet. I am think of upgrading to it.
They come in PCI and AGP flavor.

What site did you get that from CornMaster and how much was the shipping. I am having a hard time finding a good site thru pricewatch for that product.

but if you have double the money $160 -$170 buy a GF3TI200. That is money well spent, since it will guarantee you one and possibly two years of good gaming longer than GF2MX. For twice the price now, but in the long term you will have to upgrade much later.

IN Mad Oninon 2001 my old GF2MX32mb scored around 2100 and the new GF3Ti200 is (overclocked) around 6700. (6400 without oc) Most of them overclock to speeds higher than old GF3, and some even to GFTI 500 level (but these are rare, so don't count on it).

As for where most of those reviewers recommend pricewatch, but be careful to buy a "brand name" card like Leadtek, Gainward, Asus, MSI or similar, and you will get a quailty product no matter who sells it. Mine is MSI. For a good review go here http://www4.tomshardware.com/graphic/01q4/011218/index.html

If money is tight, how about a Kyro II card? They're dirt cheap and faster than a GForce MX. On the minus side, still no Linux drivers. :(

I would really suggest that anyone is serious into Tweaking their systems and upgrading get a good monthly magazine. My fav is Maximum PC. Good online sites for hardware reviews are:
www.tomshardware.com <- Lots of hardware info
www.firingsquad.com <- Hardware info related to games, mostly FPS.
As to the Kyro II, check out those sites.
