A Question of points

Is there any listing of what would make for a higher score, the earliest possible launch of the spaceship or delaying it in order to grow your own cities and "liberate" someone else's

Build lots of cities, let them grow in size, and get whatever wonders you can.

If you go to the cultural advisor, you can see the score in game there.

On tiny or small maps, go for a fast finish. On standard or larger, go for a large, happy empire that lasts until 2050AD.

well, you are talking about the "100k cultural victory", right? the cultural advisor shows you your culture points, the in-game score is still on the appropriate screen with the scores.

once you get over 100.000 culture points, and noone has more than 50% of that, you win. that doesn't mean your score is 100.000.
