I was just checking the default conquests.biq file and then I realized that most units had "ignore movement - sea" toggled on. Just wondering: Is it supposed to be this way?
I would think so. My interpretation of that would be that it prevents units from stopping what they are doing (whether moving or sentried) because a ship moved past them in an adjacent coastal tile. While you could question the wisdom of this, (esp. for artillery) it is probably the default.
