The gold income of the circled tiles of the town in the picture is very strange. I am under republic, not in GA. The town has neighter Colossus nor commercial dock. Why the gold income of the tile on the bottom-left is 4 while the tile on the bottom has 3?

It looks like the extra commerce tile is at the end of a river. Can you get the river commerce bonus on a coastal tile? I've never noticed it anyway.

I never really noticed what the full effect is from a WLTKD. It give reduce corruption, but what else as they look to be having one.

Yes, you can, and that is what's going on here.

For We Love The King Day you need at least 6 citizens, and indeed it only reduces waste/corruption, doesn't put random gold coins on the map.

I wouldn't build a granary here, by the way, your growth is already excellent without it. Most of those other buildings aren't worth their maintainance cost either. You conquered it, I suppose? I would sell at least the barracks, if you're not building units here.

In what circumstance that the river contribute to the income of the coastal tile?

This is a conquered town. I was preparing for communism at that time. So I would rather to build at least the basic city improvement.

The barracks is no problem. It is donated by Sun Tzu. ;) (But maybe you can still "sell" it?) The temple, otoh, is not really needed as you have already 12 happy faces from lux, which alone ensures that the town will not got to disorder till size 13.

And as an aside, WLTKD only reduces waste, i.e. lost shields. It does nothing to commerce. (And requires at minumum size 6)

You get the river bonus if the river flows along one edge or corner of the coastal tile, just as on a land tile. You don't get the bonus if the river just flows into the ocean, as it usually does. Notice that this river is a peculiar one. It flows SW from Wonsan, gets to the ocean but doesn't flow into it, and then turns and flows SE into the ocean east of the mountain.

Yes that is done all the time. If you built barrack/granary and have the wonder that provides them, you can sell the one you built.

Yeah but if there was a handbuilt one before Sun Tzu, that can be sold.

edit: and the only way to tell is to right-click and look for the option to "sell"

Today I tested this condition by an edited map. See the following picture. If the flow-along-coast-line river does have effect on the commerial income of a coastal tile, the gold income of the circled tile should be 4, not 3. I also asked this question in a Chinese C3C fanatics's forum. The people there said this extra-gold-income situation is a bug since the vanilla version. It only occurs in random generized maps, but not in edited maps or senarios. I wonder what people would say here.

In the second example, that seems how things should work. No bug there.

The first example clearly comes as an example of quantum entaglement. I have as clear and a distinct idea of this as Descartes did of his God.
