A Stupid Question About Mapmaking....

I'm not a serious modder, in fact I barely know how to do any programming at all. But I usually tried my luck at making scenarios in CIV III with the handy-dandy scenario builder. I got Civ IV and I want to try making maps with that, but I have no clue how to open the WorldBuilder program.

Help....please?

EDIT: I think this should be in just the general Creation & Customization forum.....

You have to do it in-game. Start a new game, and then under Options, it says "Enter Worldbuilder".

Personally, I hate how you access it...but I'll leave that for another thread

What is up with trying to edit a map and not being allowed to pan the whole thing? Much less try and edit other civs that you can't see...
