About terrain changes with settlers/engineers

When a settler changes the terrain of a plains or grassland to a forest is there anyway of changing the apperance of the outcome. Like in Red Front when you mined (reforested) a plains the forest did not appear but an industry sqaure was produced yet he still was using the forest tiles.

Edit the terrain graphics!

Since you apparently have Red Front... If you want to know how scenario makers did something, just look around the scenario's text and graphics files.
