Abraham Lincoln Line Infantry?

Hello Fellow CIv Fans

I have not played as Lincoln is a long time so I decided to fire up a game on Emperor level against 10 AI's on a huge map. My question is the following: Towards the end of the game around turn 130? and as I started my wars I was getting Line Infantry units in my cities without building them. Is this a special feature for Abe? Please let me know.

That's his ability. He gets a free melee unit when he builds an Industrial Zone and its buildings
