Has anyone created or does anyone know of a way to review the civlopedia with running the game? It's frustrating to read the manual that comes with the game only for it to suggest reading the Civlopedia for more info.
The manual is so incomplete and the Civlopedia requires the game running and, on top of that, it's far more difficult to use/navigate (as compared to CivIII).
I guess I was hoping for a PDF version or, even better, an intra-linked HTML version.
