I want to make a mod that adds the Acohua civilization with the leader - Nezahualcoyotl. I wonder if it would be possible to use the Agueybana portrait from civ 4 colonization?

Why? Anyway If I had the game so I what have to copy it into the normal civ4 folder, so why wouldn't it be illegall then, but this way it is?

Because you haven't purchased the game, so you can't legally have the materials contained within it. BTW, it's only $30. And I bought it soon after it came out.
