Actual Collesium?

You can have salves that you enslaved come to the city with the Collesium (now a great wonder, arena will take place) and have a special button that lets the slaves fight in the stadium. This can add happiness and/or culture to the city.

Good or Bad idea?

Could you imagine... 2 GIANT slave people knocking over all the buildings in the city whilst they wrestled. It would be great... sounds like a good attack stratagy actually.

No seriously, it soulds interesting except that in CIV4 buildings are culture Multipliers rather than Producers. Also any short term boost would have to be significant to be worthwhile, but if it is too significant then you would have cities go from 9 tiles too 20 all of the sudden.
