Add voice clips for actions in Pirates

So ever since Pirates was announced and since launched, I can't stop hearing Orc and Human voice samples from their naval units in Warcraft 2, like "You're the captain!" "I would love to!" "Aye, captain!"

So as an idea for a mod, is there a way to have these voice lines play out whenever moving a unit, or attacking another, kind of like how units replied to you in Civ4?
