Adding Civs to A Finished Map

Im well aware this may have already been answered, but I can't find the answer for the life of me.

Anyways, I already have a standard earth map that a friend and I made. We added 10 civs only (due to fear of it crashing online.... our bandwidth isn't that great). I was wondering, though, that if there was a way to add civs after a map scenario is made, and if so, how would I be able to add those civs. I'd hate to have to build a whole new standard earth just to add 2 or 3 civs. Thanks!

Open your map with a text editor (I use notepad++, but I think other will work).
You must add team and player stats for each civilization you add to the map. WB file lines are explained here.
Use the existing ones as an example how you need to do it and you should be able to do it easily. Good luck and don't forget to backup the original before editing it.
