How do you go about playing a modpack and adding multiple civs? Basically, I have a BTS modpack that I like....but I want to add individual civs to that modpack (the ones I want aren't included in the modpack). So, I 'm good on d/l mods and individual civs, but how do you download multiple civs and play them together in a modpack? I'm not a modder myself, but I can do about anything if I have the steps given to me to do it.

Thanks for any help......

this is the wrong forum for this. Please ask questions in the main Creation and Customization Forum, you'll get better responses there. Please move this moderators.

Sorry Shiggs.....just looking for an answer to my ?? I'd move the post myself if I knew how.

well if the civs you want are done in modules, you could do this;

Add a "Modules" folder inside of the "Assets" folder that is inside the MOD you wish to add to.

so for an example, it could look like this;

C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\MaxRigaModBTS3\Assets\Modules

then copy and paste any modules you would like to use there

then you'll find a configuration file in the main mod directory, in this example its in;

C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\MaxRigaModBTS3

and its called MaxRigaModBTS3.ini

edit it with notepad or whatever and change modular loading to
Code:
ModularLoading = 1

If the civs you want to add are not done in modules, you should read a tutorial on "how to add a civ" in the tutorials and reference section.
