Most up-to-date modpack in 2024?

Hi everyone - long term fan of Civ and Civ4 in particular. Did play all the mods ages ago but I am back now.

Of all the myriads of modpack currently existing, which one do you think is the most polished and updated in 2024?

I initially thought FFH2 or ROM:AND but I was then told that both projects are abandoned so it may be hard to finish a game with them, as they could be buggy. Any recommendation?

FFH2 is not abandoned. It is finished. There is no new development of it because it has completed all it set out to do.

It is magnificent and is still being actively developed.

It depends on what you consider requiring polish. Also there's a similar thread right below this one.
