Adding Flags- A Question

Although I'm sure this has been asked before, I haven't had any luck finding a thread on it. I want to change some of the flags for the civs but I can't figure out how. I run BTS, if that makes a difference. Also is there anyway to change the flags on the scenarios/mods that came with BTS? If there is already a thread on this, a point in it's direction would be most appreciated. If not...

You can always look at one of the Flag Modpacks... like King Kong's.

Essentially, you just need to have the right DDS files and do a little XML modding.

I've changed many flags in my own Wolfshanze Mod (see sig-line).
