Adding more than 18 civs

I am having problems loading mods that provide the option of playing with more civs. Can anyone help me add more than 18 civs to my maps. thank you

You can't, it's impossible. Adding more than 18 civilizations requires a custom DLL and the Mac version of BTS does not support these at all.

The road to war mod on my mac has two public maps with 30 civs.1936 - Global Assault (Hitler - Hirohito) and 1936 - Global Assault.

If you look inside the the BTS app (via Open Package) you'll see that Road to War (and Rhye's and Fall) both have their own customized version of the BTS app. The Road to War one does allow more than 18 civs but it's only usable by Road to War.
