Adding new resolutions bug/unforseen error

Hey I was coding and testing my mod which adds new resolutions but I ran into a unforeseen problem:
I put a proposal on France that will take away most of their gold
I also put a proposal on China to add gpt for them.
Both civs got neither mad/grateful I made the proposal how can I fix this?

I'm not an expert yet, but have you tried copying the relationship points from another resolution, just to give you a benchmark of where to start? Like, for one of my resolutions (that, by the way, I'd love to add to your complete mod, as well) I just copied the Embargo penalties for proposing this resolution and it worked fine!

Where did you find that I just spent the last 20 minutes looking for that! lol
